Application for GallopingYOGA Certification Program

1. Briefly explain your past experience with horses and how often you ride on a weekly basis. 
2. Briefly explain your past experience with yoga and how often you practice on a weekly basis. 
3. Will  you be trailering in your horse for the weekend or will you partner with one of ours?
4. What are you hoping to gain out of this program?
5. What would you most like to improve about your riding?
6. What, if anything, would you most like to improve about your physical, mental, emotional nature? In other words, perhaps physically you would like to lose weight or help your back feel better... perhaps mentally you would like to learn how to calm your mind, focus your attention and release fear... and perhaps emotionally you would like to learn how to get in touch with your emotions and not become overwhelmed by them? 
6. Do you have any health issues (mental or physical) that may limit you from participating in the program?
